Peak seasons

Memorial Garden celebrates the return of spring and the changing of seasons. This year's spring flower display will be during the first two weeks of April and features approximately 16,000 tulips in varying colors from year to year. In addition to tulips, spring also brings forth many azaleas, flowering trees, pansies, daffodils, hyacinths, and a diverse collection of plants.

Throughout the seasons, the garden displays breathtaking beauty with many trees in excess of 200 years old, and a variety of flowering bulbs, and nature's canopies.

No photography equipment is to be set up in the flower beds.No heavy photographic equipment is to be set up on the grass (i.e. shades, etc.)The subject or subjects of the photograph are not to be positioned in the flower beds.No animals of any kind (such as dogs, bunnies, etc.) are to be brought into the Garden for use in the pictures.

These rules define a professional photographer as an individual taking pictures for profit even if this is not their main source of income. The payment of the $50.00 fee does not free the photographer or his subjects from following other established Garden rules such as no bicycles, skateboards, etc.The Garden manager is authorized by the Board of Trustees of Memorial Garden Association to enforce these rules and to use his discretion concerning situations that may not be specifically addressed above.

The Board of Trustees of Memorial Garden Association would like to take this opportunity to remind all visitors that the Garden is a cemetery and therefore the area is to be treated with the utmost respect at all times.
